Benjamin Ereu is a skilled procurement, logistics, and operations professional with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and administrative compliance within civil society organizations and dynamic institutional environments. Combining structured logistical planning with strong resource mobilization and cross-sector partnership development, he excels in streamlining supply chains, optimizing inventory tracking, and managing complex stakeholder relationships to support high-impact community and organizational initiatives across Uganda.

For more than 10 years, he has successfully coordinated procurement planning, material distribution, and logistics operations for multi-sector programs for different entities. In this role, he ensured strict adherence to institutional policies, maintained transparent supplier relations, and minimized operational bottlenecks to keep project execution seamless and cost-effective.
