Raymond Ruyoka, is a Ugandan Public Health specialist, with interest in Environment and Climate Change. Raymond holds a Master’s Degree in Institutional Leadership and Management and Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Counselling. In addition, Raymond sits and represents on a number national and international boards.

He has more than 15 years expertise in Health and Climate resilience, Capacity Building and skilling, Policy influencing, Demand creation, Proposal development has passion for localization of Sustainable Development Goals and has been to participate and influence regional and global fora including Africa Regional Forum on SDGs, Climate Change conferences (COPs) and High-Level Political Forum in addition to national advocacy engagements.

He has extensive knowledge in Health and Environmental Sustainability professionals with regional and global entities such as Global Alliance on Health and Pollution (GAHP) as Board member, Member of Global Climate and Health Alliance (GCHA) and GLCAD Consulting, a consultancy firm. GLCAD Consulting is a regional multi-national management, Leadership and development consulting firm, founded in 2020 with the goal of providing quality development and management advisory services to public, private and non-state companies operating in the six (6) Great Lakes Countries of Eastern Africa of Rwanda, Kenya, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Tanzania and Uganda which conducts research development and capacity building interventions for communities, development partners and government entities.
