Geoffrey Twine is an executive finance leader and certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 10 years of experience in compliance, financial architecture, and account control. He currently serves as the Treasurer at the Africa Climate & Health Alliance (ACHA).

Throughout his career, Geoffrey has specialized in institutional policy formulation and donor compliance management, boasting extensive hands-on expertise with regulations from major global funders including USAID, CDC, Global Fund, MoFA and DANIDA, known for his strategic oversight, he has successfully managed multi-million dollar funds, coordinated milestone qualification processes for direct international funding, and steered large-scale national governance projects.
